Fachliches Gespräch	After the introductory interview, a technical discussion follows, delving deeper into your professional skills and experiences. This conversation will be led by one of our executives, possibly accompanied by a team member from the specific department.
Probetag	In some cases, we offer candidates the opportunity to complete a trial day with us. During this day, you can gain insights into the daily tasks and our corporate culture. It's also an opportunity for us to assess how well you integrate into our team.
Vertragsabschluss	After completing the previous steps and upon a successful candidacy, we will present you with a contract offer. Once you accept this offer, we warmly welcome you to our team.
